Hygiene Concept

We have adapted our hygiene concept to the special circumstances and we are doing our best to ensure you have a safe stay.

The only thing we want to be infectious is the good mood everyone is in here! We hope that you feel safe and at home here with us and that you can enjoy your stay. We have had high standards in terms of hygiene since before the coronavirus pandemic and our hygiene standards are subject to continuous monitoring and review. Due to the ongoing pandemic, however, additional special rules have been introduced. We would like to ask you to observe the following rules here:

  • Maintain social distancing from other guests and employees
  • Wear a mask which covers your mouth and nose
  • Wash your hands regularly and disinfect your hands
  • Observe the etiquette when sneezing and coughing
  • We would like to ask for your understanding that we may not be allowed to offer all our services at this time or that we may have to adapt our services to the new circumstances

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO HELP:

  • All employees in the hotel are wearing masks which cover their mouth and nose
  • Only staff without any symptoms are working at the premises. Each employee has a temperature check before starting work
  • Surfaces in public areas (counters, tables, door handles, lift buttons etc.) are cleaned multiple times every day using suitable disinfectants
  • Surfaces in the guest rooms and bathrooms are disinfected on a daily basis, as are all objects (TV remote, hairdryer etc.)
  • We have taken precautions such as social distancing markers at reception, plexiglass screens and placement service in the restaurant and at breakfast
  • We are complying with all the regulations introduced by the government and we are updating our concept to comply with the valid regulations

  • If you have forgotten to bring your face mask with you, you can get a mask from us for a small fee
  • Use the option of settling all bills using contactless payment methods
  • Unfortunately, the sauna area still has to remain closed at the moment. The swimming pool is open!
  • Massages can be booked by appointment! Please get in touch with us
  • Our restaurant is currently only open to guests staying at the hotel! This means that you don’t need to leave your details. Thanks to your table reservation, we know who used which table.
  • Our breakfast restaurant cannot currently seat guests at 100% capacity. This means that you may have to wait for a table to become free. Please talk to the reception staff about which times are quietest when you arrive
